Santo de Piedra is made with espadín agave planted in San Bartolo Yautepec, a small town in the Southern mountains of Oaxaca. The Agaves are cooked with an exclusive recipe of woods; the result is a mezcal with floral, citric and herbal notes with a deep and long finish.
