Producer Information

Venta la Vega has quickly proved to be one of our favourite producers, making amazing fruit forward and easy to enjoy wines. Organically made, beautifully packaged and a price tag that`ll very much please you.

Wine Making

Maceration and fermentation around 20 days, with maximum temperatures of 30°C, in stainless steel cisterns and tanks. Naturally produced alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the latter in casks for a period of three months.

Tasting Note

Light-footed, juicy and inviting red wine. Soft red fruits with hints of liquorice and kirsch. Beautiful slightly chilled in the summer months.

Food Matching

A good match with roasted or barbecued meats or vegetable tagine.
