Producer Information

The Pinquillo flute is a beautiful and joyful instrument that is of great cultural significance in the Andes. During the rainy season, the Pinquillo is played at festivals to celebrate cattle, farming and as a tribute to the fruitfulness of mother earth. Grapes are sourced from specially selected wineries within the Central Valley region.

Wine Making

The grapes are pressed delicately to extract the juice and this is decanted to achieve medium to low levels of cloudiness. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
