Aromas of red fruits, plums, coffee and chocolate, ripe and soft with smooth, seductive tannins.
The Pinquillo flute is a beautiful and joyful instrument that is of great cultural significance in the Andes. During the rainy season, the Pinquillo is played at festivals to celebrate cattle, farming and as a tribute to the fruitfulness of mother earth. Grapes are sourced from specially selected wineries within the Central Valley region.
The grapes are pressed delicately to extract the juice and transferred to stainless steel tanks. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by six months ageing in French oak.
Aromas of red fruits, plums, coffee and chocolate, ripe and soft with smooth, seductive tannins.
Great with red meats, a juicy burger, pizza and pasta.
