Producer Information
The Wine growing regions of New Zealand span the latitudes of 36-45 degrees covering a 1600km length. Marlborough in the North-East has the sunniest climate. Grapes are sourced from specially selected wineries in this region.
Wine Making
Clean juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeast strains to maintain aromatic purity. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
