Wine Making
Clean juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeast strains to maintain aromatic purity. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Note
Aromas of grapefruit, green apple and pineapple, with notes of white flowers, jasmine and orange blossom. Fresh and fruity with well balanced acidity and pleasant finish.
