Democratic Wines are a group of wineries whose main aim in life is making wine fun, easy and accessible to everyone.
Wine Making
Grapes are grown in Casa Berger vineyards beneath the slopes of Montserrat in Alt Penedes. Harvested at night, mixed and chilled in dry ice, then spent 2h macerating before being fermented for 25 days. Aged for 10-12 months before release.
Tasting Note
Pale straw in colour. It has fruity aromas with notes of pastry and ripen white fruits. Smooth dry and well balanced with subtle bubbles in the mouth.
