Floral aromas of honeysuckle, elderflower and a hint of spice, ripe honeyed fruit and crisp acidity.
Founded in 1928, Cantina Levorato are based in the town of Dolo, within the Veneto region of Italy. They have come a long way from selling their wines in barrels or demijohns in the city of Venice, and in towns along the Naviglio di Brenta canal.
Tradition and innovation are the cornerstones of their business. To that end they have implemented a restructuring plan that will increase production capacity and meet the ever changing needs of their customers.
The grapes were manually harvested and gently pressed, before fermentation in stainless steel vats. Fermented at a controlled temperature of 16 degrees with a short maceration and malolactic fermentation. The wine was then left on fine lees for a few months before bottling.

Very versatile, but really great with simply cooked fish and herby risotto’s.
