Grapefruit, pineapple and grassy aromas combine, with flavours of crisp green apples, minerality and zest.
Founded in 1928, Cantina Levorato are based in the town of Dolo, within the Veneto region of Italy. They have come a long way from selling their wines in barrels or demijohns in the city of Venice, and in towns along the Naviglio di Brenta canal.
Tradition and innovation are the cornerstones of their business. To that end they have implemented a restructuring plan that will increase production capacity and meet the ever changing needs of their customers.
The grapes were hand-picked and destemmed before undergoing a cold maceration for 12 hours to extract the aromas. After this the grapes were soft pressed and underwent a temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Grapefruit, pineapple and grassy aromas combine, with flavours of crisp green apples, minerality and zest.
Try with prawns, pasta, goats cheese or white meats.
