Producer Information
Established in Ankara in 1929, Kavalidere wines were the first private sector wine producer in Turkey. Today it celebrates 93 years are the forefront of Turkish wine making. Kavaklidere Wines owns 650 hectares of vineyards in 7 important wine-producing areas of Anatolia and 3 different wineries located in the vineyards.
Wine Making
The grapes were hand-picked and the juice undergoes a short fermentation with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
