Established in Ankara in 1929, Kavalidere wines were the first private sector wine producer in Turkey. Today it celebrates 93 years are the forefront of Turkish wine making. Kavaklidere Wines owns 650 hectares of vineyards in 7 important wine-producing areas of Anatolia and 3 different wineries located in the vineyards.
The grapes were hand-picked and the juice undergoes a slow fermentation with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
Bright yellow in colour with pronounced citrus and white fruits on the nose. Lively and crisp with intense fruit flavours on the palate.
Matches perfectly with grilled fish, sea food salads, tomato sauced pastas, grilled chicken and fresh cheeses.
