Producer Information
Adria Vini - Araldica Castelvero, the leading co-operative in the Monferrato hills of Piemonte. Grapes are sourced from a range of private growers and cooperatives, with whom they have long term relationships.
Wine Making
The 100% Trebbiano grapes are early harvested from vineyards in Emilia Romagna. Fermentation is in stainless steel, and the wine is bottled at 11% alcohol.
