Lively bubbles and a smooth mousse, with apple and pear fruit flavours and a refreshing finish.
Botter`s authenticity is rooted in the bond with Venice, which has always been a crossroads of cultures and welcoming to the world. The brand seeks to combine respect for traditions with a future-oriented vision. This aspiration translates into versatile and accessible wines, suitable for every occasion and generation.
Founded in 1928, Botter has seen its notoriety grow to proudly celebrate almost a century of history. Each wine holds a tribute to Carlo Botter: his signature, like an echo of the past, celebrates his memory with elegance and respect.
Hand harvested at optimum ripeness to give the required balance between aromatics and good acidity. Gentle pneumatic pressing followed by slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel. Second fermentation in pressure tanks, lasting 4 weeks.
Small and lively bubbles burst onto the tongue. A smooth mousse and subtle apple and pear fruit flavours, with a refreshing lift on the finish.
Ideal as an aperitif, or as a perfect combination to Sushi, fish and shellfish.
