Ripe and textural with apple aromas, hints of honey, peach, orchard fruit and fresh acidity.
Adria Vini - Araldica Castelvero, the leading co-operative in the Monferrato hills of Piemonte. Grapes are sourced from a range of private growers and cooperatives, with whom they have long term relationships.
A selection of premium quality grapes were hand harvested from mature vineyards in the Veneto and Friuli, northern Italy. The grapes were crushed and gently pressed and the juice allowed to settle and clarify before cool fermentation at 16 to 18C in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine spends 3 to 6 months on fine lees before bottling.
Ripe and textural Pinot Grigio. Apple aromas with hints of honey and peach. On the palate the wine is textural with layers of orchard fruit, spice and fresh citrus acidity.
Salads and pasta with with creamy dressings, white meat and poultry or anything from the sea.
