Producer Information
One of the unsung stars of Cava, the quality conscious cooperative Covides. From their fine range of Cava, we have selected the taut and juicy Gran Gesta Brut Cava.
Wine Making
Using the same elaboration method as Champagne but having completely different characteristics. Only native yeasts are used in fermentation. Aging takes place in the subterranean cellars.
Tasting Note
Pale-yellow colour with golden hues. Very elegant nose, with melon and stone fruits. The palate is fresh and fruity with added complexity due to extended bottle ageing.
Food Matching
Ideal as an aperitif, or to accompany rice, fish and salads. seafood.
