Chain Bar Road, Cleckheaton,
West Yorkshire, BD19 3QW
Plum-skin fruit, with leathery warmth and an all-over chocolate finish.
Founded in the late 1950’s, the Frentana Winery in Rocca San Giovanni was one of the first Wine Growers Cooperatives in Abruzzo. The modern wine making systems have been successfully and harmoniously integrated with the historical and architectural surroundings of the vineyard.
The vineyard is dominated by a large wine filled tower which gives the winery an extremely unique and original touch.
The vineyards are ICEA certified and fermentation, malolactic fermentation and ageing takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Plum-skin fruit, with leathery warmth and an all-over chocolate finish.
It goes well with roasts, steaks, lamb, charcuterie and cheeses.
