A highly characterful, bright Rosè, with fresh red berry fruit flavours. Lively and vibrant.
Producer Information
TWP takes a holistic approach: They develop the production, packaging, marketing and sales of each of their wines. They are in complete control of the entire production process, starting with careful management of the grapes, and meticulous winemaking by their own highly talented winemaker. They build a strategy which gives the best possible support to the product from beginning to end, from the wine making to packaging to positioning.
Wine Making
After de-stemming the grapes are crushed. The juice is left on the skins for only a short while in the fermentation tanks, then the cap is removed. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures not exceeding 18C for approximately 10 days.
Tasting Note
A highly characterful, bright Rosè, with tons of fresh red berry fruit flavours. Lively and vibrant.
