Extraordinary aromas of cherry, blackberry, blueberry jam. A well- rounded wine with an incredibly long finish.
Located in a protected bay between Collioure and Banyuls, the vines are grown in an iconic estate whose wine quality is renowned all over the world. It stretches over 90 hectares of schistose valleys and terraces, facing the Mediterranean Sea, 63 hectares are planted with vines.
The grapes were manually harvested, destemmed and vinified on concrete vats, with Pressing/maceration one week before the mutage, and 6 weeks of maceration under alcohol. Followed by twelve months of maturation in concrete vats. Bottled unfined, with a light filtration and minimal use of sulphur.
