Aromas of white flowers, with flavours of apple and white pear that are fresh and moreish.
The Ciù Ciù farm was founded in 1970 by Natalino Bartolomei and Anna Maria Iobbi. It is not far from Offida, a medieval village rich in traditions. Thanks to the passion and experience of their father Natalino, brothers Massimiliano and Walter continue the job of vine-growing.
The farm, in the centre of the DOCG Offida production area, has a vineyard of 150 ha which they farm organically. Their believe that wine must be the most authentic expression of the origin’s territory, and work tirelessly to innovate, whilst maintaining and promoting the wine heritage of the Marche. The vineyard area is managed in line with organic practices, in order to minimalize their environmental impact.
The grapes are produced from certified organic farming and are manually harvested at the end of September. Each grape in vinified separately in stainless steel tanks before blending. The wine is then bottled with light filtration, but no fining.
A blend of three native grapes that is so easy to drink. Apple-pulp and white pear follow the nose of white flowers. The wine fills the mouth but is also fresh and moreish.
Goes well with grilled chicken, spicy shrimp, sashimi or prosciutto.
