Aromas of red berries, cherry fruit flavours, zesty acidity and a crisp finish.
Founded in 1928, Cantina Levorato are based in the town of Dolo, within the Veneto region of Italy. The have come a long way from selling their wines in barrels or demijohns in the city of Venice, and in towns along the Naviglio di Brenta canal.
Tradition and innovation are the cornerstones of their business. To that end they have implemented a restructuring plan that will increase production capacity and meet the ever changing needs of their customers.
The grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness, crushed and the skins and left in contact with the juice for 12 hours before gentle pressing. After a slow, cool fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks the wine was bottled young to preserve freshness and aromas.
Aromas of red berries, cherry fruit flavours, zesty acidity and a crisp finish.
