Stone fruit and citrus aromas, with crispy lemony acidity, honeyed fruit and a balanced, fresh finish.
Founded in 1928, Cantina Levorato are based in the town of Dolo, within the Veneto region of Italy. The have come a long way from selling their wines in barrels or demijohns in the city of Venice, and in towns along the Naviglio di Brenta canal.
Tradition and innovation are the cornerstones of their business. To that end they have implemented a restructuring plan that will increase production capacity and meet the ever changing needs of their customers.
The grapes were hand harvested during the first 2 weeks of September, then crushed and gently pressed. The juice was allowed to settle and clarify before a cool fermentation at 16c to 18c in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
Stone fruit and citrus aromas, with crispy lemony acidity, honeyed fruit and a balanced, fresh finish.
