Democratic Wines are a group of wineries whose main aim in life is making wine fun, easy and accessible to everyone.

Wine Making

Once grapes are harvested they undergo cold maceration for 10 hours. The must is then stored at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks so that the yeast ferments slowly over a 20 day period.

Tasting Note

The pale pink wine which gives a vibrant and fresh aroma, but with a slight velvety feeling; Agile, clean with a quantity to reach the end with the freshness that maintains a balanced acidity and aromatic sensation
