Well-balanced tannins support the flavours of cherry, spice and herbs.
The Winery’s production philosophy is focused on high quality and a short supply chain from the producer to the consumer. They are personally involved in the entire production chain, from the harvest and preparation of the grapes, to the winemaking, up to the ageing, paying special attention to small batches during bottling.
The grapes are hand harvested at the end of September, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place between 25c and 28c. The wine is macerated for 7 days in stainless steel tanks and once malolactic fermentation is completed, the wine is bottled.
Medium bodied, dry Italian red from the Veneto. Well-balanced tannins support the flavours of cherry, spice and herbs.
A fine companion for all pasta and meat dishes. Perfect with mature cheese.
