Producer Information

The Winery’s production philosophy is focused on high quality and a short supply chain from the producer to the consumer. They are personally involved in the entire production chain, from the harvest and preparation of the grapes, to the winemaking, up to the ageing, paying special attention to small batches during bottling.

Wine Making

Harvest took place at the end of September and was done exclusively by hand. Vinification: destemmed and gentle membrane pressed. Fermentation with selected yeasts at a temperature of 16C. Maturation in stainless steel.

Tasting Note

Medium-bodied, harmonious, crisp and fresh with notes of white peach and bitter almonds.

Food Matching

It goes well with appetizers, pasta with vegetables and fish. Serving temperature: 10°-12° C.
