Unit 7 Scandinavia Court,
Chain Bar Road, Cleckheaton,
West Yorkshire, BD19 3QW
Honeyed and spicy, with ginger and stone fruit, ripe citrus characters and a creamy texture.
Araldica is Piemonte`s most forward-thinking co-operative situated in the heart of Barbera d`Asti. Many members joined the co-operative in the 1950s and have a long and loyal relationhip with the winery producing wines from Piemonte`s main DOC / DOCG regions
Grapes were sourced from vineyards in the coastal zone at the western tip of Sicily. Harvesting took place from the end of August through to the middle of September. After undergoing temperature-controlled fermentation for 30 days, the resulting wine was filtered and bottled. No oak was used in production.
A honeyed, floral and spicy nose with hints of ginger and stone fruit. Ripe, sun-dried citrus characters on the palate with savoury notes and a creamy texture. Fresh balancing acidity on the lightly nutty finish.
Particularly good with seafood or chicken brushed with green herbs.
