Producer Information
The winery is located in the idyllic village of Refrontolo, a few kilometres from an ancient water mill, which the winery has adopted as its symbol.
Wine Making
The Glera grapes are grown using organic farming and minimal intervention practices. It is produced in the same Charmat/Tank method as Prosecco.
Tasting Note
A gently sparkling frizzante, displaying pleasant notes of almond and pear, and soft acidity.
Food Matching
Ideal as an apertif or with ligthly battered foods such as Tempura Prawns or good old Fish & Chips.
