Account Management

As an Eden Fine Wines customer you will have a dedicated and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to look after your account. All our RSM’s are WSET accredited to level 3 or Diploma level. In addition we are committed to constantly developing our knowledge and experience. In doing so we ensure we are in the best possible position to offer expert support and advice. Our Account Management approach is based around really understanding your business, adding real value and delivering a bespoke wine range and service offer dedicated to “helping you sell more wine”.

Your RSM will work with you and support you in all aspects such as staff training, wine list development, range evaluation, tasting events, business support and much, much more.

Our training approach is to make each session fun and really interactive. Gone are those prescriptive and boring sessions we have all sat through. Your team will be involved, engaged and learn through bespoke practical and interactive sessions.

Our Eden Fine Wines On-line Training & Accreditation program is a fantastic new addition to our training offer.

This is a great way to give your staff a good grounding in wine, wine tasting, food & wine pairing and service. All they need to do is log-on, read through the course material, take the tests and download the certificate.

Business Support

Management Information – We have fantastic management information. We will help you select the right wines, help you sell them and help you manage your sales and profit.

Customer Service – Our service promise is at the heart of our added value offer. Every person is committed to providing the best possible service to each other and most importantly you. We deliver in our own vans because that allows us to go the extra mile. We strive to be flexible and say yes wherever we can. We have a dedicated internal customer service team who will process your orders and love to build relationships with customers. They are happy to look after your every need and put a smile on your face.

Wine List Development

Range Evaluation & Development – We will review your wine list and help you select wines that customers will buy and enjoy. Wine lists are easy to produce and even easier to get wrong. A good wine list is one that has been given some thought, is concise, and offers real choice, quality and value. Your dedicated Regional Sales Manager is on hand to help you construct the perfect wine list. In conjunction we offer a wine menu design and print service.

Wine Tasting Events – What a great way to showcase your amazing food and our fantastic wines together. Our experienced and knowledgeable team will work with you to select the right food and wine pairings. We deliver these with fun and flair for a memorable event.
